Gordon Lahanky
President/CEO

Gordon joined the family business of ACP & ALLSCO, serving as president.  Gordon’s passion for commercial real estate allowed him to establish Atlantic Commercial Properties Inc. (ACP), as the foremost warehouse space provider in the Greater Moncton Area. Gordon thinks outside of the box and has keen strategic insights and an uncanny ability to enlist others to follow his leadership.  You can always count on Gordon for well thought-out ideas.  

Danica Lahanky Carroll
Tenant Relations Manager

Upon graduating from high school, Danica continued her education by attending University of Moncton and began working for the family business, ALLSCO Building Products Ltd., in 1980. In 2015, Danica retired from ALLSCO after 35 years of service. Danica joined the ACP team in 2016 as Accounts Manager and has developed exceptional tenant relations and superior quality service managing over 1.5 million SF of real estate.

Mathieu Pitre
Senior Accounting Manager

Mathieu joined ACP in 2018 as Senior Accounting Manager. He has a BBA in accounting from the University of Moncton and has been working in the accounting field since 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking in Fundy National Park and occasionally participates in Mud Hero and Spartan races.

Patti Gaudet
Business and Property Administrator

Patti joined the ACP family more than 30 years ago and has been a devoted employee of both ALLSCO and ACP. Patti is ACP’s first point of contact and keeps everyone in line! In her spare time, you can find Patti on a beach enjoying white wine or sailing away on a cruise during the winter months. 

Josh Lahanky
Business Development Manager

Josh graduated from Bernice MacNaughton High School in 2016 and then pursued a post secondary education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. He joined the ACP team in 2021 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering along with a Minor in Business Administration. Josh is passionate about the field of real estate and is always eager to help clients find the right location to suit their business space requirements. Through his education and work experience, Josh has developed an aptitude for problem-solving and is very detail oriented. In his spare time, he can be found at the gym or watching Professional Football and Basketball.

Terry Babineau
Maintenance Supervisor

A long term and loyal employee, Terry has been with Atlantic Commercial Properties since 1991.  If there is an issue or concern, Terry is our first response person to assess and delegate your concerns. He has experience in many fields and is an asset to the ACP team. In his spare time, Terry can be found zipping around town in his Camaro.  

Donnie Babineau
Maintenance Technician 

Formerly an employee of ALLSCO, Donnie was involved in service and production. He is a jack-of-all-trades worker and has knowledge in many areas. He joined the ACP team in 2020 and happily works alongside his brother, Terry. Donnie enjoys spending time with family and working on his cars.

Natalie Geneau (Retired)
Property Manager 

Following in the Lahanky Family footsteps, Natalie graduated from HTHS (Harrison Trimble High School) here in Moncton, NB.  Following high school, Natalie received her Business Administration Diploma from Oulton’s Business College.  Natalie started working for ACP over 25 years ago when her father had just one property for her to manage.  Natalie’s favorite past time is “shopping” and typically only buys if it’s a good deal just like a property.  Natalie is also skilled in home reno’s and crafts.
